At the Diocese of Lexington we believe all are called to extend God’s love, as revealed in Jesus Christ, to all people. In the Human Resources Department, we fulfill this mission by acting as a primary resource to the “front lines” of this love, our employees. Our objective is to provide an efficient and effective support system that the employees of the diocese can rely on. Whatever your calling, in the mission of the diocese, clergy or lay person, from education to clerical, our human resources department is here to serve you, the employee. It’s incumbent upon the Human Resources Department to ensure the diocese and its subsidiary schools and parishes meet federal, state, and local regulations. Also, of the utmost importance to our department, is proper management of employee benefits and compensation. By upholding the standards set forth in the diocese handbook and code of conduct, we strive to provide a consistent and reliable resource for the employee and in doing so, help to further the love of God through departmental efforts.
