The Diocese of Lexington is grateful you are considering providing for the diocese or one of our parishes through estate planning. Often times, Catholics and friends who have placed a high value on the Christian beliefs, want to provide for the diocese or their Church in perpetuity. This remembrance to the church can take several forms but does require preparation. The diocese would be happy to work with you, your attorney, or your accountant, to help you maximize your gifts and to reduce your tax obligations.
