Congregation of Divine Providence of Kentucky

As Sisters of Divine Providence, we have a mission to be living witnesses to the Providence of God. God’s love becomes real in us as we go out to be Providence to others through the works of mercy.

Congregation of the Sisters of the Holy Cross

The Daughters of Divine Love, impelled by the gospel of Christ and the mission of our founder, are called to a courageous response to Divine Love Incarnate in contemplation, harmonious community living, and apostolic action made visible in selfless liberating service to the entire creation.

Religious Sisters of Mercy of the Americas

Missionary Sisters of the Precious Blood

We, the Missionary Sisters of the Precious Blood, CPS  (the abbreviation CPS stands for Congregatio Pretiosi Sanguinis in Latin), are an international congregation of women, founded by the Trappist Abbot Francis Pfanner in Mariannhill, near Durban, South Africa, on the 8th of September 1885. With the title  Missionary Sisters of the Precious Blood, our founder wanted us totally committed to the service of Christ’s redeeming love, to make the Precious Blood of Christ fruitful for all (Const. 102).  Our title is our mandate: to live the Paschal Mystery and to witness to the redeeming love of Christ.

Sisters of Charity of St . Augustine

The Sisters of Charity of St. Augustine have served the Diocese of Cleveland in health care, education and social services since 1851. Since that time, we have sisters in ministry in the Diocese of Youngstown, in Kentucky and in South Carolina. Although small in number our congregation remains engaged in ministries throughout the Diocese. Along with our lay Associates, we continue to minister with the “same purpose, to share the love of God with those around us and thus to make the Kingdom more a reality in our world.” (Constitution, p.3)

Sisters of Notre Dame of the United States

We honor the charism by living Gospel values in vibrant communities, by promoting Catholic education, especially for women and children, in urban and mission schools, and by fostering the fullness of life, especially for people who are poor, sick, and aged.

Sisters of Providence

A community of vowed Catholic women religious, we joyfully live out the radical Gospel message of love, mercy and justice in today’s world. Inspired by our foundress Saint Mother Theodore Guerin, we are passionate about our lives of prayer, education, service and advocacy. We dedicate ourselves to helping those who might otherwise be forgotten.

Sisters of the Third Order of St . Francis

We are the Sisters of the Third Order of St. Francis, of East Peoria, Illinois. In keeping with our Franciscan roots, our Sisters have been called to dedicate our whole selves to God through a life of prayer, service, and simplicity. Since 1877, the OSF Sisters have been committed to serving the sick, the poor, and all those the Lord sends our way with the greatest care and love.

Ursuline Sisters of Louisville

The Ursuline Sisters of Louisville are a congregation of women religious in the Roman Catholic Church who follow a life of consecration and prayer united with good works. Teaching Christian living is our corporate ministry, which, cutting across socio-economic, racial and national boundaries, assists women, men and children to live more fully and to develop a personal relationship with God.

Missionaries of Charity

The Missionaries of Charity Sisters (Mother Teresa’s Sisters or the Sisters of Mother Teresa, as many call us) is a religious community in the Catholic Church, founded by Mother Teresa of Calcutta (now St. Teresa of Calcutta) in 1950 in Calcutta, India. Our community is totally dedicated to the service of the poorest of the poor, irrespective of social class, creed or colour. We deliberately choose to show God’s concern for the poorest and the lowliest, remaining right on the ground, while offering immediate and effective service to those in need, until they can find someone who can help them in a better and more lasting way.
