Old Business
Moving patrones to end of month with parish picnic:
Review Forty Hour Devotion----
§ Consensus of group acknowledged it was great!!! 200 people signed up, others attended without a sign-up.
§ Having a Priest there thru the night, leading prayers, was a big draw.
§ Even people active in the parish asked “what do we do at the exposition?”
§ Time of year, separate from the 2 big feast days in October, was a good choice
Recommendation: Have 40 hour devotion at the same time of year, same arrangements, annually .
Parish picnic:

Currently if a deacon is presiding over the ceremony, he is also responsible/accountable for all other duties and questions as needed by weeding party.
