The Parish Finance Committee assists the pastor in the administration of the temporal goods of the parish. It prepares the parish budget each calendar year for council approval in January, and reviews the funding requests and desires of the other parish council committees, parish organizations and the parish staff in light of the needs and financial position of the parish. In conjunction with the pastor it oversees and regularly reviews the actual revenue and expenses of the parish in light of the approved budget.
