SUMMARY:St. Isidore of Seville
DESCRIPTION:Isidore the Farmer (c. 1070–1130) was a humble farm laborer from Madrid\, known for his deep faith and devotion to prayer. Despite long days in the fields\, he remained committed to attending Mass and entrusting his work to God. According to tradition\, when his dedication was questioned\, angels were seen helping with his labor—revealing the harmony between his faith and daily responsibilities. \nIsidore and his wife\, Maria de la Cabeza\, were known for their generosity\, especially toward the poor. Many miracles are attributed to him\, including the multiplication of food and the gift of water in times of need. \nHonored as the patron saint of farmers and rural communities\, St. Isidore reminds us that holiness is found in ordinary work offered with love\, humility\, and trust in God.
