Diocesan Policy requires all parishes and schools in the diocese of offer the Circle of Grace Safe Environment program to Catholic School and Religious Formation students on an annual basis. Safe Environment Audit records from each location must submit to the Chancellor’s Office the following forms:
- Program Participation Summary
- Parental Opt Out Form– According to Article 12 of the Dallas Charter, the parish or school must offer to provide Safe Environment training materials to parents/guardians to utilize when they decline the child’s participation in the training program offered at the location.
